1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., seasonal sales or holidays), order processing may take slightly longer.
 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 5–10 business days after processing

  • Ground Shipping: Arrives in 2–3 business days after processing
     

International Shipping
We offer international shipping via UPS. Delivery timeframes and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable promotions, such as free shipping, will be clearly stated on the site and applied automatically when eligible.
 

4. In-Store Pickup (Bethesda, MD)
We offer free in-store pickup at our boutique location:

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
 

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us:

6. Delays & Service Interruptions
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions (e.g., UPS delays)

  • Inclement weather or natural events

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

  • Customs clearance for international orders

Everett Hall Boutique is not liable for delays once an order has left our facility, but we are happy to assist in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
